Perspecta Named Top Veteran-Friendly Company by U.S. Veterans Magazine

Chantilly, Va.— July 25, 2018—Perspecta Inc. (NYSE: PRSP), a leading U.S. government services provider, announced today that it has been named to the U.S. Veterans Magazine (USVM) 2018 Best of the Best Top Veteran-Friendly Companies list.

Each year, USVM polls hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies for its Best of the Best evaluations. Their goal is to open up employment, business and supplier opportunities within the federal government and corporate America for veterans, transitioning service members, disabled veterans, spouses and veteran business owners.

Perspecta Awarded $23.5 Million Systems Integration Contract to Support U.S. Army Human Resource System

Perspecta Inc. (NYSE: PRSP), a leading U.S. government services provider, announced today that it has been awarded the Army Human Resource Systems’ (AHRS) Systems Integration Support Services (SISS) contract from the U.S. Army Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). The contract, which represents follow-on work for the company, has a 10 and a half month base and a $23.5 million ceiling if all options are exercised.
