Perspecta to Support $49 Million National Background Investigation Services Program with U.S. Department of Defense

Chantilly, Va.— August 7, 2018—Perspecta Inc. (NYSE: PRSP), a leading U.S. government services provider, announced today that its subsidiary, Enterprise Services LLC, has been awarded an agreement to support the Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) Investigation Management program. The award, which represents new work for the company has a value of $49 million. Work on the program began in June and will conclude after 18 months.

The award was made possible via a prototype project sub-agreement through an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) with Consortium Management Group (CMG) on behalf of Consortium for Command, Control and Communications in Cyberspace (C5).

On the agreement, Perspecta will deliver a government-wide information technology system that will support suitability, security and credentialing (SSC) investigations for all federal employees.
