Perspecta names Orlando Figueredo as vice president, business development for its intelligence group

Chantilly, Va.— April 13, 2020—Perspecta Inc. (NYSE: PRSP), a leading U.S. government services provider, announced today that Orlando Figueredo has joined the organization as vice president, business development for its intelligence group. In this role, Figueredo will be responsible for all business development activities for the group, including developing a robust pipeline that aligns to the full breadth of Perspecta’s abilities, defending its competitive recompetes and driving growth opportunities.

Orlando comes to Perspecta from SAIC where he served as vice president of operations and was responsible for operational excellence of the company’s national security group which provided technology and mission solutions to intelligence, space and defense agency customers. Previous roles include vice president of national security both at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise and vice president of consulting and intelligence at HP serving customers in the Intelligence Community and other federal agencies.

Figueredo holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Chapman University and a master’s degree in computer software engineering from the University of West Florida. Additionally, he is an elected member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance Advisory Committee.

Perspecta wins $36.4 million task order to continue work providing IT infrastructure services to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services

Perspecta Inc. (NYSE: PRSP), a leading U.S. government services provider, announced today that it has received a follow-on task order award to continue work on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Virtual Data Center Prime (VDCP) contract to host and improve efficiency of Medicare Part A and Part B Common Working File (CWF) claims processing. The task order has a one-year base period plus four option years and is valued at $36.4 million. Work on this federal program will be performed in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
