The General Services Administration’s (GSA) Agile Delivery Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) program was created to support its digital services innovation arm—18F.
18F is an internal team at the GSA created to improve federal IT services and tasked with solving government-wide IT problems in a responsive, collaborative and rapid problem-solving manner. The BPA allows 18F to team with industry companies to successfully manage the increasing demand for its services.
